William N. Ford, Sr., Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ford is the Managing Director of Reynold Greenleaf & Associates, LLC, Chairman of the Board of R. Greenleaf Organics, Inc. and President of Elemental Kitchen & Laboratories, LLC. Mr. Ford's background with medical cannabis combined with his commitment to the modernization of recovery programs gives him a unique vantage point to lead the Sterling Foundation and to create opportunity to develop programs that can advance the use of natural plant science in the treatment of addictions. Mr. Ford lives in Albuquerque, NM with his wife and children.
Dream Mullick, Vice President
Dream Mullick is a Producer, Writer, Entrepreneur, Teacher and the widow of Sterling Raymond Grant 3 (the foundation's namesake). She is a passionate advocate of the safe use of plant medicines in the healing of addiction. Dream worked as the Director of Development and Partnerships on the UN Foundation’s #EarthToParis Campaign, helping to build a broad coalition of partners from Facebook to 350.org. She holds a BA in Business from University of Mexico. and is currently co-producing Prescription X: The Rick Doblin Story in addition to various commercial work and branded content.
Jeffery Holland, LCSW
Jeffrey Holland is a Master’s level Clinical Social Worker. He started volunteering with North Americas 1st syringe exchange program in the mid 90’s and has been involved in the substance abuse field, at various levels, for over 20 years. This includes harm reduction, detox, advocacy, case management, affordable housing, and therapy. He has been the Executive Director of the Endorphin Power Company (EPC) for over eight years. He is passionate about helping others and is committed to finding new avenues of recovery and redefining the process for drug rehabilitation.
Dr. Richard Boxer, Medical Advisor
Dr. Richard Boxer is currently a Clinical Professor of Urology and Visiting Scholar at University of California, LA. Dr. Boxer was a finalist for the position of Surgeon General of the US in both the Clinton and Bush administrations and has served as a senior health policy advisor to Presidents, Cabinet Secretaries, Governors, Senators, and Members of Congress. Dr. Boxer has been a member of the Board of Directors at the National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases. He has a unique understanding of the current opioid addiction epidemic from the national level and is committed to solutions regardless of the stigmas and stereotypes that may surround them.
Jessica Hatfield, Secretary
Ms. Hatfield is a successful professional in the financial industry and a recovered drug addict. At thirty-three Ms. Hatfield managed to turn her life around and enter recovery from drug addiction. She now has a beautiful family including a 4-year-old daughter that she is able to enjoy with a clear mind and a clean conscious. Ms. Hatfield was recruited to serve on the Board during her tenure as Financial Assistant for Reynold Greenleaf & Associates, LLC. She is moved by the vision of the organization and is driven to help other addicts find the path to recovery and live the quality lives that they deserve.
John Christopher Romero
Mr. Romero holds a Master of Science Degree in Agriculture with a minor in Experimental Statistics from New Mexico State University. He served the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for five years in the position of Entomologist at the Pacific Regional Laboratory in Irvine CA, performing evidence preparation and documentation for domestic and import surveillance of insect pests, consumer complaints, and import analysis. Mr. Romero has also served the State of New Mexico as a Forensic Toxicologist for the New Mexico Scientific Laboratory Division. Chris has extensive medical cannabis experience including the position of Laboratory Manager at Elemental Laboratory and Kitchen, where he established a scientific culture and implemented many quality control and quality assurance initiatives for one of the largest medical cannabis producers in New Mexico.
Charles Schrier, Counselor, MA LMHC-LPCC, CVE
Mr. Schrier is a practicing psychologist fin Albuquerque, New Mexico specializing in Cognitive Constructivist Therapy. He is a strong supporter of plant science in the treatment of addiction and will be working directly with The Sterling Foundation to integrate proven therapy practices and non-toxic pharmacology.
Rebecca Elise
Ms. Elise is a Film and Commercial Producer in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been a long-time supporter of medical cannabis both as a board member for R. Greenleaf Organics, Inc. and as an investor. Rebecca is committed to being part of social change for the better and has always provided strong leadership and quality resources. She is currently providing her expertise in the production industry with the shooting and editing of PR and advertising pieces for the cannabis industry and hopefully soon, the Sterling Foundation!
Timothy McGivern
Mr. McGivern has extensive experience in the medical cannabis industry both in New Mexico and in Maryland. Tim brings and energy to the project that moves things forward and gets things done. He was the General Manager of Sacred Garden, one of New Mexico's best medical cannabis producers. As well, he helped to start one of Maryland's premier medical cannabis groups, Natural Shore RX. He is an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, whose classes align the mind, body and spirit through movement, breathing and meditation so practitioners can move past traumas and into a place of healing and new beginnings. Mr. McGivern has two daughters and lives in Albuquerque.
C. Scott Tillman
Mr. Tillman currently works at Reynold Greenleaf & Associates as their Special Projects Coordinator. Scott was instrumental in discovering and imagining the San Fidel project. His ability to see the long term vision makes him an excellent asset to the team. Mr Tillman will likely lead the licensing efforts in New Mexico and will be an active and valuable resource for Sterling as a board member.
